1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern orders for custom-printed labels and stickers placed with SIA Goldinken (reg. no. 40203736668, VAT no. LV40203736668, "Goldinken") via goldinken.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and orders

All products are manufactured individually to the customer's specification (size, material, finish, artwork, quantity). The price is calculated in the online calculator and confirmed at checkout. An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed (prepayment) or when otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Artwork and proofs

The customer is responsible for the content and print-readiness of uploaded artwork and confirms holding all necessary rights to it. Goldinken performs a technical preflight check and may provide a digital soft proof. Production starts after the artwork (and proof, where applicable) is approved.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. For business customers with a valid EU VAT number outside Latvia, VAT is not charged (reverse charge / intra-Community supply, Art. 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC). For deliveries outside the EU, VAT 0% (export) applies — import taxes and customs duties in the destination country are borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by EveryPay (card payments); bank transfer may be available for business customers by agreement.

5. Right of withdrawal — important

Custom-made products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c); Latvian Cabinet Regulation No. 255, para 22.3), because they are manufactured to the consumer's specifications. You explicitly acknowledge this before completing checkout. See Returns.

6. Quality and complaints

If the delivered product is defective or does not match the confirmed specification, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt with photos and the order number. Statutory consumer rights regarding non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Goldinken will reprint or refund justified claims.

7. Liability

Goldinken's liability is limited to the value of the order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Goldinken is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure, or for colour deviations within industry-standard tolerances.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence and may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Disputes are resolved by the courts of Latvia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
