Custom products — no 14-day withdrawal

All Goldinken products are printed individually to your specification (your artwork, size, material, finish and quantity). Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) and Latvian law (Cabinet Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", para 22.3), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. You confirm your awareness of this in a separate checkbox before completing your order.

What we DO fix

This exemption never limits your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods. We will reprint or refund if:

• the delivered product is damaged or defective;
• the print does not match the approved artwork or confirmed specification;
• the wrong product or quantity was delivered.

Report issues within 14 days of receipt to [email protected] with your order number and photos. We respond within 2 business days.

Cancellations before production

If production has not started yet, contact us as soon as possible — where feasible we will cancel and refund the order or the unstarted part of it.
