How much does label printing cost? Examples from the calculator
These are real prices for typical label orders — calculated by the same calculator you order with, and recalculated automatically whenever prices change. The calculation date is always shown under the table. For your own size and quantity, the calculator gives you the exact price in seconds.
What drives the price of a label
A few things set the price, and you can see each of them in the calculator. The biggest is size times quantity — it decides how much material and press time the job needs. A label twice the size uses roughly twice the material, so trimming a few millimetres makes a real difference on a large run.
Next is the material. Semi-gloss paper is the most economical choice for dry conditions. White or clear PP film costs more but copes with moisture, the fridge and oily hands. Textured paper gives wine, honey and gift packaging a premium feel.
Then comes the finish: varnish, matte or gloss lamination, foil and raised spot UV. Lamination protects the print; foil and raised spot UV add perceived value — and cost. Shape barely affects the price: contours are laser-cut, so round or free shapes cost no more than a rectangle (thermal and PE materials need a cutting die).
There is no minimum order — digital printing has no plates to pay off. Every order still needs setting up, so the price per label is higher on small runs and falls as the quantity grows. Prices in the table exclude delivery; VAT is shown separately, and the cart shows the delivery price once you choose your country and shipping method.

How to lower the price of your labels
- Combine designs. If several flavours or products share size, material and finish, they can be printed in one order — enter the number of designs and the total quantity in the calculator.
- Order a larger quantity at once. The price per label falls with quantity, so labels for a whole season are cheaper ordered together.
- Choose the material for the environment. Paper is enough for dry boxes and bags; film and lamination are worth it where there is moisture or rubbing.
- Check the size. A label can often be a few millimetres smaller without changing how it looks on the product — and that lowers the price.
Questions about prices
How much do 1,000 labels cost?
It depends on size, material, finish and shape. The table above shows prices for 1,000 labels in several typical sizes and materials; the calculator shows the exact price for your own labels as soon as you enter the size and quantity.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Digital printing needs no printing plates, so a small test run is possible. The larger the run, the lower the price per label.
Do the prices include VAT?
The table shows both — excluding VAT and including 21% Latvian VAT. EU businesses with a valid VIES VAT number are invoiced with 0% VAT. Delivery is not included; the cart calculates it for your country.
